Il Quartiere di Triana

Con il suo labirinto di stradine strette contornate da le vecchie case basse, è un luogo solitario e silenzioso, ideale per lunghe e tranquille passeggiate a piedi.

 

Plaza de España a Siviglia

Plaza de España, all’interno del Parque de Maria Luisa, venne costruita nel 1929 in occasione dell’Esposizione Iberoamericana, su progetto dell’artista sivigliano Gonzalez.

Decorata con mattoni, ceramiche e marmi colorati, la piazza ha un suo particolare simbolismo: la forma semicircolare, le 58 panchine rappresentano tutte le province spagnole; il Palacio Español al suo interno, imponente e fiero, rappresenta il prestigio della potenza mondiale spagnola.

Tappa imperdibile, una tappa che vi lascerà a bocca aperta per la sua maestosa bellezza!

La Casa di Pilato a Siviglia

La Casa di Pilato è un capolavoro dell’arte rinascimentale del XV secolo,  forse ispirato alla casa di Ponzio Pilato a Gerusalemme. L’edificio è un riuscito miscuglio di stili rinascimentale, gotico fiammeggiante e mudejar e ha un bellissimo patio a 24 arcate con busti dei Cesari, statue romane e pareti decorate.

THE HOUSE OF PILATE IN SEVILLE
