La città più vicina al territorio della Valdichiana è proprio Arezzo. Una splendida città di origini antichissime, terra di personaggi illustri come Piero della Francesca e il Petrarca per esempio. Tra le antiche tradizioni della città la “Giostra del Saracino“, una festa che si tiene due volte l’anno, a giugno e i primi di settembre nella splendida Piazza Grande. Ma ora parliamo di questo splendida Tenuta che si trova proprio qui in questa terra meravigliosa. In una posizione direi davvero strategica!

Tenuta Leopolda, si trova ad appena 15 km a sud di Arezzo, ad un’ora da Firenze e una da Siena.

 

Una Tenuta costruita alla fine del 1700. Elegante e raffinata. Dal terreno di proprietà recintato, emerge con maestosa eleganza, un filare di cipressi che accompagnano alla casa. All’esterno troverete una grande e bellissima piscina dotata di lettini e ombrelloni. La Tenuta è divisa in tre raffinate e ampie unità abitative ciascuna con accesso indipendente tramite un proprio cancello automatico. Alle camere si accede da una bella scalinata di pietra interna che si apre su un luminoso soggiorno dalle cui tipiche finestre ad arco si può ammirare la vista del giardino e della piscina. Da una stanza di lettura con divano letto per due persone si accede ad una camera matrimoniale mansardata aperta. Una camera matrimoniale con bagno dà accesso ad una mansarda aperta con tre letti singoli. Un corridoio che si affaccia sul soggiorno conduce ad un’altra camera matrimoniale mansardata con bagno privato. I proprietari hanno arredato ogni stanza con oggetti autentici di antiquariato per realizzare stanze accoglienti e confortevoli. All’esterno potrete organizzare piacevoli pranzi in giardino dove è a disposizione un’area riservata attrezzata anche con barbecue. Il piano terra è saltuariamente abitato dai proprietari.

Tenuta Leopolda is located just 15 km south of Arezzo, one hour from Florence and one from Siena.

A estate built at the end of 1700. Elegant and refined. From the enclosed property land, it emerges with majestic elegance, a row of cypresses that accompany the house. Outside you will find a large and beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The estate is divided into three refined and large units each with independent access via its own automatic gate. The rooms are accessed by a beautiful internal stone staircase that opens onto a bright living room from whose typical arch windows you can admire the view of the garden and the pool. From a reading room with a sofa bed for two people you can access an open-plan double bedroom. A double bedroom with bathroom gives access to an open attic with three single beds. A corridor overlooking the living room leads to another attic room with private bathroom. The owners have furnished each room with authentic antique items to create cozy and comfortable rooms. Outside you can organize pleasant lunches in the garden where there is a reserved area also equipped with barbecue. The ground floor is occasionally inhabited by the owners.
