What to see in the warm and passionate Andalusia. A journey between bullfights, tapas and flamenco. A place rich in traditions and wonderful places.

Trip to Andalusia: What see

If you are planning a trip to Europe. I absolutely recommend a trip to Andalucia. I only tell you that lonely planet has entered the city of Seville, one of the main cities of this region, ranked first in 10 cities in the world to visit in 2018!

This wonderful region of Spain preserves its most authentic nature and origins!

Our collective imagination of Spain recalls precisely the particularities and main characteristics that we find in this wonderful territory….

Where the sun almost lives 365 days a year, where the temperature, even in the months that should be the coldest of the year, never falls below 10 degrees. Where you can savor an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. who, find happiness, in people's smiles, in the sound of the tongue. who, feel the warmth of traditions in every street you cross, in every square that is reached and often happens to be reached by the sounds and percussion of the feet dancing to the rhythm of flamenco. who, find the ideal time to attend a bullfight and then to let yourself be carried away by the scent of fish cooked on the beach. After long walks you cannot miss a stop among the always full tables where you sip the “cana” and let yourself be delighted by the delicacies of tapas. who, people are focused on living their life and don't look around. Ride, jokes and warms up in the sun……

To take a complete tour of Andalusia you need at least 6 days. To visit the costa del sol and the main cities including Malaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba where you can breathe the precious heritage of Arab culture, that we find, not only in the streets and neighborhoods, but also in the architecture and palaces scattered throughout the region. The ideal is also to make some detours to discover the most beautiful towns, and above all to the discovery of White Villages (which are located between Malaga and Cadiz) the characteristic white villages. The villages with white houses and cobbled streets.

One of the best known villages is precisely Cadiz, a pretty coastal town, where the historic center is dominated by the imposing dome of the cathedral. The old quarter is famous for its quaint charm and maze of narrow streets. Carnival is not to be missed, one of the most famous festivals in Spain and which takes place on Shrove Tuesday.

Malaga airport, it is very well connected to the center of Malaga and to the entire costa del sol through a train that looks more like an open-air metro and that stops at all the most famous tourist resorts offering beautiful landscapes with a ticket at a cost of just over 2 euro…

From Malaga you can reach all the other major cities of Andalusia (Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar) in about two hours by car.

In Andalusia, if you take the A-7 highway, you don't pay for the highway, but the travel time is the same as the road is the same, its 4 lanes. While the AP instead, it is the toll highway.

In addition to visiting the main cities, here you can't miss:

  • The King's path
